Anders Rox Hansen, Managing Director, is a member of BlackRock Solutions' Executive Management team and the Global Client Lead for Aladdin Sustainability. In his role Mr. Hansen is responsible for our client engagement, product and commercial offering across the Aladdin sustainable investing capabilities, including ESG and Climate Risk. Prior to this, Mr. Hansen was the Head of the Aladdin Client Engagement Group EMEA, responsible for the BlackRock Solutions team that provides the dedicated risk and financial technology solutions for the various investment management product lines offered by BlackRock in EMEA.
Mr Hansen's service with the firm dates back to 1994, including his years with Merrill Lynch Investment Managers (MLIM), which merged with BlackRock in 2006. Will Freiberg is a technology executive and entrepreneurial leader with significant cross-functional expertise across sales, product, business development, customer success, and strategic initiatives.
Most recently, he was Co-CEO at D2iQ (formerly Mesosphere), a platform that simplifies and automates the difficult tasks needed for enterprise Kubernetes in production at scale. During his six-year tenure at D2iQ, he held various leadership positions and led the company through hypergrowth as it helped define the cloud-native container industry.
Will started his career as an analyst at the Bank of New York Mellon. He was also Founder and CEO of eCommerce startup Tipping Basket, and worked in the Venture Capital and Technology Practice of Gunderson Dettmer, as well as the M&A Group at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP.

Tim Whitehead leads Sustainability Risk globally for Goldman Sachs as a Vice President in the Sustainable Finance Group. Tim also sits on the firmwide Physical Commodity Review Committee, which evaluates risks associated with engaging in, investing in, or financing of physical commodity activities that may have an impact on the environment or human health and safety. He joined Goldman Sachs as an Associate in 2010, and previously worked in the Environmental Markets Group and Derivatives Prime Services teams.

John George is a Director and member of the Responsible Investing (RI) Team at Nuveen, the investment management arm of TIAA. John’s responsibilities include developing Nuveen’s strategic foresight on issues related to ESG integration, engagement, stewardship, and investment.
Prior to joining Nuveen in 2021, John worked at BlackRock as a Strategist within the Sustainable Products group. He joined BlackRock after spending four-and-a-half years at Lord Abbett, an asset management firm primarily focused on fixed income markets. At Lord Abbett, John was responsible for establishing the firm’s ESG strategy, authoring the RI policy, training investment professionals and client-facing teams on ESG issues, and developing and fundraising for new products such as the Climate Focused Bond Fund. In addition to this experience, John has worked in roles across equity research and investment banking, covering renewable energy companies, utilities, and independent power producers.

David Alt, CFA, serves as Director of Responsible Investing. He is based in Cleveland, Ohio, and reports to Kelly Cliff, President, Investment Franchises.
Mr. Alt supports integration and reporting of environmental, social, and governance (ESG) metrics across Victory Capital’s investment products and enterprise. In collaboration with the investment teams, he advances existing ESG practices and refines the use of ESG data in investment processes. As chair of the Company’s Proxy Committee, he oversees the Company’s proxy voting policies and procedures while assisting investment teams to engage with management teams at portfolio companies on ESG-related issues.

Truman Semans is Chief Executive Officer of OS-Climate (OS-C), a part of the Linux Foundation (LF). OS-Climate a breakthrough Open Source solution for climate-aligned finance, investing, and financial regulation. Using the proven Linux Foundation approach for community-driven projects to solve complex challenges, OS-Climate is a non-profit data and modeling platform that enables investment decisionmakers to run scenario-based predictive analysis for accurately forecasting and pricing risk and opportunity related to physical climate impacts and economic transition. Previously, Truman was CEO of Element Capital Advisors, helping family offices and foundations integrate climate and ESG into their portfolios. He was a Partner of strategy consultancy GreenOrder, helping clients including private equity firms, Morgan Stanley, Google, GM, GE, Duke Energy, SABIC, and DuPont drive growth and profitability through investments in environmental innovation, resource efficiency, and clean technology. Truman led the Pew Business Environmental Leadership Council, and he co-founded the U.S. Climate Action Partnership (USCAP) and the U.S. Partnership for Renewable Energy Finance (USPREF). Truman consulted with McKinsey & Co., served as the U.S. Treasury Department International Economist for global environment, and was the financial mechanisms lead on the U.S. Climate Change Negotiating Team.

Jennifer Grzech is a director and member of the responsible investing (RI) team at Nuveen, the investment management arm of TIAA.
Nuveen’s responsible investing team oversees the firm’s holistic RI vision and unified framework across Nuveen and TIAA, partnering with internal stakeholders to implement it in day-to-day business activities. Nuveen’s RI framework establishes the firm’s overall RI philosophy as well as guidelines for incorporating RI disciplines in investment decisions and new product development.
Jennifer’s responsibilities include developing Nuveen’s strategy of engagement with companies, policy-makers, regulators and industry organizations around important ESG issues and standards.
Prior to joining Nuveen in 2019, Jennifer worked in investor relations at Brookfield Asset Management where she led business intelligence strategy and supported marketing and thought leadership. Mark is the Chief Technology Officer of Crux Informatics, overseeing Platform Engineering, Data Engineering, Operations, and Information Technology initiatives.
Mark started his career at Logica, a UK software house, and later worked at J.P. Morgan, where he built major systems across the firm as well as headed their distributed computing group globally.
After joining Goldman Sachs in the mid-2000s, Mark led both their infrastructure group in EMEA and the Application Systems Infrastructure group that established virtualization within the firm and led to the development of the Goldman private cloud. Leaving the firm in 2015 to help bring a trading spin-off to the market, Mark joined Thomson Reuters through acquisition in 2017. Prior to joining Crux, he was also the Global Head of Trading Technology at Refinitiv.
Mark lives in New York with his wife Louise, has three children, and loves travel and skiing. Fun fact: he played a US Senator in a zombie TV episode and is happy to report that he died well.

Prior to his current role at Clarity AI, Ángel helped develop disruptive methodologies for impact measurement, including the first quantitative methodology – to measure the impact of companies – as aligned to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (UN SDGs) framework.
Before joining the corporate world, Ángel worked in academia. For more than 10 years, he was active in research, contributing to dozens of conferences, books and publications and serving as a visiting fellow at the Harvard University Center for Climate, Health, and the Global Environment. He also served as the youngest professor at the Polytechnic University of Madrid (UPM). He received a degree in Telecommunication Engineering and Business Administration, MSc in Innovation Management, and PhD in Economics from UPM. Most recently, Angel completed post-graduate programs in Entrepreneurship at Harvard and MIT Sloan School of Management.

A respected entrepreneur and executive with a track record of building companies that have defined and led multi-billion dollar categories, Brian was the co-founder and CEO of AppNexus through its $1.6B sale to AT&T in 2018. He co-founded Waybridge, a supply chain technology company, and served as CTO of Right Media through its successful acquisition by Yahoo.

Brian is an active board member of Tech:NYC. Andy Golub started his career in finance as an accidental banker, arriving at Wall St during the go-go 1990s after studies at the University of Chicago looking at the intersection of history, anthropology and economics.
